Our services are available to consumers and farmers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We provide AI-powered recommendations and subscription services; users must provide accurate data to ensure these features function effectively.
In line with our core value of 'Fairness & Equity,' we strive for transparent pricing. While we aim to provide 30-40% higher returns for farmers, all consumer orders are subject to availability and seasonal harvests. Prices are competitive and reflect our integrated supply chain costs.
Currently, our logistics network and cold-chain capabilities are focused on the Western Province. While we aim for nationwide expansion, delivery timelines and freshness guarantees are specific to our active service zones. We are not liable for delays caused by disruptions in the rural-to-urban supply chain.
Our digital marketplace platform, including its proprietary AI engine and blockchain-enabled traceability features, are the exclusive property of OFCC International (Pvt) Ltd, headquartered in Moratuwa.
Users must not misuse the platform to disrupt the farm-to-fork ecosystem. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent transactions or harm the community of farmers and consumers we support.
